Place: Ridge north of Mound R; Moundville; Hale County and Tuscaloosa County; Alabama; USA

Media/Materials: Chlorite-muscovite phyllite

Techniques: Pecked, ground, incised

Collection History/Provenance: Excavated by Clarence B. Moore (1852-1936) in 1905; donated to the Academy of Natural Sciences (Philadelphia) soon afterward; purchased by MAI as part of the C.B. Moore collection in 1929.
