Since I could not attend the Honourable Company of Horners annual meeting at Fort Roberdeau this past weekend I did the next best thing I could think of, I made a powder measure of horn. The body of this turned 20 to 100 grain adjustable powder measure, as well as the thumb screw and finial are made from the tip of a cow horn. If you look closely at the first picture you can see the adjustable slide through the horn body about a 3/4" back from the spout.
