The Thomas Goodell Homestead/James Ingalls Tavern

1704 - 1749
This totally updated historic colonial appears untouched by time. Authentic early colonial example with wide board floors, raised wall paneling, massive original beams and three working fireplaces. New roof made of hand split cedar shingle. All sitting on 11 acres and surrounded by mature shade trees, stone walls and pond.

  1. Ross Brudenell bought this place several years ago. Haven't heard from him lately, but he promised me a tour. He owes me one! I let him tour my house. :-)

  2. THIS IS THE HOME MY FATHER GREW UP IN. THERE HAVE BEEN A LOT OF CHANGES WITH MODERNIZATION. THEY SHOULDN'T HAVE CHANGED IT SO MUCH!
