Randall Mills
1922-2011
He sparked three generations of black powder enthusiasts and supported the Contemporary Artist since the 1960's. His gentle manner endeared him to all who knew him. He was the patriarch of the Mills boys and friend to all.
He will be missed...
But always remembered.
