Jim Dresslar Collection On-Line

The Jim Dresslar Powder Horn Collection from his book, The Engraved Powder Horn, is now on-line at the Honorable Company of Horners' site. The pass word into the collection is limited to those who are members of the HCH and the CLA. We have received our password thru the Horners, but not through the CLA yet. More horns are being added from the book. There are photos of horns on the site  not included in the book.

Membership in the Honorable Company of Horners:

Membership is limited to horn workers, active and inactive, and those persons interested in the history, technology and collecting of horn work.

As a member of the HCH you will receive a full-color publication mailed out three times a year. Each issue contains Guild news, how-to articles on horn and related items, current accomplishments of Guild members, bio’s of “master rank” horn Guild members and articles on collecting horn items.

First-time membership dues: $30.00 | Annual dues: $35.00 US Dollars

First-time International (Outside of USA) dues : $35.00 US Dollars

Annual International dues : $45.00 US Dollars
