Berks Co.-Reading Rifle by Chris Laubach


This rifle built in the Berks Co.- Reading school 1790's to 1810 is stocked in Red Maple and has a 40cal  38" Green Mountain tapered and flared barrel. The lock is a cosmetically modified Siler lock. The guard and butt plate are commercial castings. All other parts are hand made.














Chris will be attending the Lewisburg 'Artisan's Show', January 31st and February 1st.

  3. I purchased this rifle and the workmanship is simply fantastic. Chris is an artist. The rifle looks even better then the pictures. BK
