Gary, a charter member of the CLA, was the CLA's third President from 2001-2004. His knowledge, experience and leadership was a great asset to the association. Gary was the recipient of the Education Award in 2000.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 13 at Nelsen Funeral Home, 3785 Strawberry Plains Rd, Williamsburg from 11:00 AM-1:00 PM, followed by a memorial service beginning at 1:00 PM officiated by Don Seeterlin. A private family interment service will be held at a later date.
A memorial fund has been established by the National Muzzle Loading Rifle Association to honor Gary. If so desired, send donations to NMLRA, Attn: Gary L. Brumfield Fund, P.O. Box 67, Friendship, IN 47021.
