I made this this Hudson Valley Long Fowler as if it were made in the early 1700's. I wanted it to show some wear and use so that I don't have to feel bad when I get it dinged and scraped up through use. It has a Rayel barrel of 10 ga. 54 inches long, an early dog lock, hand made brass furniture, and a thumb plate of chiseled silver.

Terrific rendition. I'd love to see pictures of the buttplate top extension. Was it made of sheet brass?
