Coverlet Bag by Jan Riser

This is my favorite coverlet pattern.

The look of the bag changes depending on the horn used with it. This photo shows a horn by Bruce Horne.
Antique horn. The tape on the strap is one of my small tapes.

This close up shows my favorite parts of the pattern. The area below the straps has long bars with a square made up of small squares. It will be interesting to see if I can produce tapes based on the patterns here. The small squares in the center are the best. The white dog hair are from of Tootie and Buddy. J.R.
