Matthew Fennewald Hunting Pouch

The bag is made from one piece of fairly heavy brain tan deer folded on the bottom and top. There is one pocket on the outside back and one inside. Fully lined with linen and hand stiched with linen thread. The strap is brain tan and stripe linen and adjusts on a 1" forged buckle. Finished with bear grease.

  1. Very nice bag Matthew! An impressive bag I'd be proud to carry. It looks "real". I'm impressed.

I only wish there was more information accompanying the photograph. Size, type and weight of leather, info about the buckle, dyeing process, sewing material, strap, etc.

  2. John, I couldn't agree more, nice bag! I love this site, but would like a bit more information on things, sizes, caliber, barrel length, etc.

  3. Thank you for the kind words. Thanks again.
