Powder Horn by Roy Howman

This horn was inspired by the Rebben Smith Horn. Some items found on other period horns were also added. The horn is a large French and Indian war style horn with a graceful twist. The horn measures 17 3/4" around the outside curve. The base has a double lobe for strap attachment. The base and spout plug are white pine and were finished with the traditional aquafortis and linseed oil finish.
