Rifle by John Gaeckle

The rifle sports a hand rifled barrel in 45 caliber, the triggers, guard, thimbles, and butplate are all hand made. The lock is a modified large Siler.

    Nice rifle. Really like what you have done with that Siler lock. Is the lock bolt washer something other than iron? Well done iron mountings and it looks like you sprung for a decent piece of maple :-)
