The fish head flat horn on the left is an original from a private collection. The other three fish head flat horns were made by Ron Vail. Ron has been doing research on this style of horn, he has only found refereneces in two books. "Sketches of Hunting Pouches Powder Horns and Accountrements of Southern Appalachia" by Jim Webb, and "The Hartley Horn Drawings" by The Honourable Company of Horners.
