Wonderful highly weathered folk art mechanical whirligig of man with tin top hat turning 4-blade crank with pennant tail having crescent moon cut-out; mounted on a cut log with rusted square tin wrapped turned wood post, traces of blue/gray paint; 12.5" wide x 23" long x 23.5" high.
