Living with a Collection: Ellen Schmitz Collection
Plains Indian Doll
The material that was use for the doll is brain tanned leather, old beads, the body ist filled with deer hair. Also, old linen was used. On the head of the doll is used bison hair and the doll is complete sinew sewn. She bought it a few years ago on a camp.
