Standard early trade mounts, including the classic cast serpent side plate with 3 lock retaining screws. Early baluster ramrod ferrules and a brass noseband. Iron trigger guard with large bow and a curled trigger. Partially figured stock with relief teardrop carved around barrel tang. Complete with a period brass-tipped wooden ramrod.

CONDITION: Barrel retains a brown patina. Lock retains a pleasing dark grey patina with excellent markings. Lock appears to be in its original flintlock configuration. Iron trigger guard retains a dark patina; brass retains a dark mustard patina. Stock has a pleasing original surface with scattered marks and minor chipping.
