Poulin Antiques Auction: Powder Horn by Gary Birch

11" Overall and leather covered tip. Nicely decorated with American Indian and colonial soldier brandishing his saber. Mottos are “With Powder and ball, Kill all” and “touch me easy lest I tick” and “My soard and heart shall never part”. 

CONDITION: fine with artificial aging. 

PROVENANCE: Estate of Frank Glenn Marsh. Consignor states work is by Birch, no signature found.

  1. Looking at the attributed items above,attributed to Gary Birch, they are nice but others made these things equally good, As of now every Gary Birch item I have seen was signed. They could easily be made by some one else?
