As many of you know, it was Hershel’s desire and wish to leave his dream alive.
I’m pleased to tell y’all that before his death, that dream became reality.
It was his wish that his place be kept intact and that there will be a continuation of the traditional arts classes which he so dearly loved to teach.
Before he passed, he selected friends, to serve as members of the Board of Directors, who share his vision and desire to see his dream come true.
There will be more exciting news after the first Board meeting to be held later this month.
Anyone who wishes to make a donation now can send it to:
Hershel House and The Woodbury School, Inc.
PO Box 1553
Morgantown, KY 42261
Please know that in the future, we will be asking many of you to help keep Hershel’s dream alive by teaching classes, helping to preserve and where necessary restore the existing buildings as well as construct new ones to keep our very dear friend’s memory alive.
Thank you so very much
The above is from the Facebook page of Rick Brown here.
Once we know more we will pass on the information.
