President's Hunting Pouch and Powder Horn Set for Bill Ruggie by Frank Willis

Frank Willis asked me to photograph this bag set while at the CLA Show in August. As I was working in the breezeway between rooms, Bill Ruggie walked by and said nice bag and horn set. Little did he know the outfit would be presented to him as an outgoing President of the CLA during the weekend!
