Powder Horn by Jim Turpin with Scrimshaw Work by Kathy England
My Father in law,94, turned the plug & tip. I assembled and carved the horn and I had Kathy England from Ohio do the scrimshaw. Kathy has the tables next to my wife and I at the CLA every year. I feel her "pen" is second to none !
