Engraving Historic Firearms by John Schippers is the culmination of a lifelong career as a master engraver. John has taught over 1500 students to engraver, including 35 years at Conner Prairie. 

This how-to book has over 2130 color photographs and engravings. There are 445 color pages of highly detailed original and contemporary firearms. The spiral binding allows for ease of use on a workbench. There are instructions on how to sharpen tools.
