Scott and Cathy Sibley Horn

This horn has 2 dogs, a deer, a pin wheel, the date 1771 and the name "Almanace" on it.  Almanance was a battle fought in NC by a group called the regulators not against the crown but against the ruling colonial government over unfair taxation.  I had never heard of this "war" before.
