"David is a consumate artist and also a long time friend of Jim Dresslar. Jim has been very influential in my life and I asked David to paint a portrait of Jim in his role as the older Daniel Boone in the Native Sun movie "Daniel Boone and the Westward Movement." David really produced a masterful portrait; Jim isn't easy to capture but David has everything necessary to thoroughly define Jim Dresslar. The techniques are a result of David's studied analysis of Old Master paintings. Eight by ten inches, oil on board."

Wonderful Painting. My Dad and Jimmy shot together in the 60's, and I grew up around his collection. Once again wonderful painting by a great artist and great subject
