And that piece of maple looks like one that was not fun to work. Subtle influences from a number of early guns, but it does not look like a copy of any particular rifle. I really like it. Great lines, just enough decoration and finish details to make it stand out and nothing is overdone. Could easily see a piece like this being carried by one of Morgan's riflemen.
